I love Bisley, I'm a huge fan, and I collect everything he does... Or at least everything I can get a hold of ! Cause that's difficult. There are three reasons why I don't own some of his work:
- it's too expensive: I'm not really wealthy, and sometimes, buying this $75 hardcover edition of a book is quite expensive just to own this new Bisley painting... I also don't own any original art by Biz, and that's my secret dream...
- I can't find it: there are many comics Bisley worked for which are published by independent comics companies, and I think that some series are cancelled even before publishing the artwork they got from Biz...
- I don't know about it !! There are so many paintings I find out by chance, or with pictures on websites or magazines, which I had not heard about when it was published... Of course that's a shame, but I hope you'll help me out finding all of his stuff available...
Anyway, these are some of those I wasn't able to get a hold of, and I heard about. I definitely want to own this stuff, so if you have them and would like to sell or trade it, or if you know any comics shop who sells it a a good price,
please let me know !
